A handful of pesticide-free (preferably organic) edible flowers of your choice
Ice cube tray
To Prepare the *Fancy Flower Ice Cubes*:
Step 1: Cut small, colorful pesticide-free edible flowers from your garden (that have not been sprayed with any kind of chemicals) or buy edible flowers at your local health food store and/or farmer’s market.
Step 2: Fill an ice cube tray half full of spring/filtered water. Place in the freezer until water freezes.
Step 3: Remove the tray from the freezer and place one flower in each of the individual ice cube cups. Top off with enough water to cover the flowers.
Step 4: Return the flower-filled ice cube trays to the freezer until the cubes are frozen.
Step 5: Remove the cubes from the trays and use in beverages.
